The costing starts from RM110 including service charge. The cost for online renewal slightly varies as we offer fast & easy SSM renewal service in which you will get the SSM documents in softcopy (PDF files). • 1 year at RM110
• 2 years at RM200
• 3 years at RM290
• 4 years at RM380

YES, you will be able to get a full refund if the renewal is not successful within 1 working day. (T&C Applies)

It usually takes about 15 – 60 minutes (depending on the ‘Working Hours’ & our ‘Online’ status).

All submissions after operating hours (Mon – Sat, 9am – 6pm), Weekends & Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SORRY, if your SSM has expired for more than 12 months, kindly do not renew under us and do visit nearby SSM counter for it.

You will get the penalty for being late to renew you SSM starting from day 1 after the expiry date. You are subjected to pay the compound for late renewal.

The first month, the compound is RM20 and then for the following months, you need to add on RM10 for each month.

Your business should be not exceeding 12 months late renewal, otherwise it will be automatically terminated by SSM.

The renewed business registration will be sent to your provided email address.

YES. Kindly renew your business registration within 90 days or before the expiration date of the registration. Your latest SSM expiry date will continue the date of the renewed.
