Refund Policy

Our company has a full refund policy under the following circumstances:

  • If we have not processed your SSM renewal within 1 working day (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays).
  • If for any reason that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) does not allow us to renew your business and no payment has been made to SSM (not applicable for expiry beyond 12 months).
  • Important:
    1. If your business has expired beyond 12 months, you will receive an Expiry Confirmation Letter instead of new Business License. Not eligible for refunds under this case.
    2. No refunds will be made if any order has been fulfilled with the wrong information.
    3. No refunds will be made in the event of an excess payment made for compound charges for SSM renewal services.

100%  refund will be made within 7-14 working days based on the eligibility.
